Die Flaggschiff-Konsole MH4 von Soundcraft mit Dual-Purpose-Funktion ist dank der Einführung von aktualisierten Mono- und Stereo-Eingabemodulen noch flexibler geworden. Die neuen Module erweitern die Nutzung der Aux-Busse durch echtes Mono-/Stereo-Umschalten, um die 16 Busse der Konsole im Monitor-Modus optimal zu nutzen und ermöglichen Konfigurationen mit 16 Mono-, 12 Mono-/2 Stereo- oder 8 Mono-/4 Stereo-Mischungen.

Die MH4 hat sich aufgrund ihrer Fähigkeit, auch die anspruchsvollste Live-Sound-Mischung zu bewältigen, weit verbreitet und kann am FOH, für Monitoring oder als Kombination aus beidem eingesetzt werden. Das neue Mono-/Stereo-Umschalten der Aux-Busse macht den Monitor-Modus noch flexibler, wenn eine große Anzahl von Mono-Mischungen erforderlich ist.
