Music Venues

--After considering all the options, one of New Delhi's premier educational institutions, Jesus & Mary College, has selected a sound solution from the Harman Pro Group, for its auditorium.

The College criteria was for a system which would meet its multi-purpose needs, and at the same time address the needs of the institution for years to come.

Among the products supplied by A.G. Acoustics (India) Pvt Ltd was a 24-channel Soundcraft LX7ii FOH desk. With its stylish new frame, module ID graphics and end-cheeks, the LX7ii boasts a new Soundcraft mic-preamp and EQ section, both designed by Soundcraft founder and electronics wizard Graham Blyth.

The console joins an equipment inventory which includes JBL SRX/JRX loudspeakers, powered by Crown XLS-602 amplifiers, with system processing handled by the dbx DriveRack 260 DSP. An assortment of AKG wired and wireless mics completed an order supplied by A.G. Acoustics, who specialise in sale, service and installation of the entire range of products from the Harman Pro Group, across Northern India.

Since April 2005 (when they began selling Harman Pro) the company has undertaken some prestigious installations — thanks to the engineering background of the owners, Siddharth Sood and Ashish Gupta, who share a common passion for audio.
