BOOTLEG MH4 FOR ENTEC
LMC Audio has sold a 40-channel Soundcraft MH4 to Entec Sound & Light as part of an upgrade to their Soundcraft rental stock.
Said Entec sound manager, Dick Hayes, “This was an opportunity to upgrade to a more flexible console, and in a competiively-priced desk that is what appealed to me.
“We knew the MH4 had been well received by other hire companies and this will be perfect for both support band use and as a front-line desk on some of the medium-sized tours. We also handle a lot of television work, and the MH4 is ideal for that.”
The MH4’s first tour of duty with Entec was with the Bootleg Beatles.
Soundcraft’s flagship dual-purpose MH4 console has become widely adopted because of its ability to handle the most demanding live sound mixing, and is capable of use on FOH, monitors, or a combination of both.
Soundcraft recently introduced updated mono and stereo input modules, making the monitor-mode even more flexible when large numbers of mono mixes are required.
