ALEX McDONALD BOOSTS SOUNDCRAFT GROUP’S CONTINUOUS DRIVE FOR QUALITY

--The Soundcraft Group has appointed Alex McDonald as its new Quality Manager, based at the company’s headquarters on Potters Bar’s Cranborne Industrial Estate.

Alex brings an enviable pedigree, having previously worked as Worldwide Operations Quality Manager at Pace Micro Technology, with whom he served for more than 13 years.

Founded exactly 30 years ago, Soundcraft has been operating from Potters Bar since 1992. Today, the Soundcraft Group (which also incorporates the BSS Audio and AMEK brands) stands as a symbol for excellence in British manufactured professional audio, providing mission-critical solutions across the full range of professional audio requirements … in broadcast and recording studios, industrial and commercial installations and high-end concert touring.

Alex McDonald’s primary aim at Soundcraft will be to obtain ISO 9001:2000 certification, which he sees as essential to advance the company’s quality culture even further. “A high standard of quality is paramount to any company’s success. At Soundcraft we are setting our sights at the very highest level for our industry.”
